Graham Sparks is Director of IAD Consulting where he works with organisations to develop and implement Inclusion and Diversity strategies. Until recently, Graham was global Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Shell where he was responsible for developing and implementing business focused D&I strategies and policies across the company. Graham has 35 years of broad experience in the Oil and Gas sector including roles in human resources, sales, marketing, business management and manufacturing.
Graham works closely with Catalyst as a consultant and is a member of the advisory boards of Women’s International Networking and Workplace Pride. He joined Getting On Board as a member of the board of trustees in January 2019.
